How do I join my building?
Ask your building manager. If your building isn't on MyC yet, forward this site to your building manager. Onboarding is free and takes 48 hours.
I'm not getting notifications.
Open Settings → Notifications → MyC and make sure they're enabled.
How do I log a maintenance request?
Open the Profile tab → Report Maintenance Issue. Add a title, description, and location.
How do I delete my account?
See the account deletion page.

How do I onboard my building?
Email hello@mycommunityuae.com with your building name, location, and approximate number of units. We'll set you up within two business days.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is free for buildings under 200 units. After that, contact us for pricing.
How do I send an announcement?
Open the News tab → + Create. Add a title and message, then Send Announcement. All verified residents in your building will see it in their feed.
How do I update an issue's status?
Open the Issues tab. Tap any issue and change its status to In Progress or Resolved as you work through it.

To request a copy of your data, email hello@mycommunityuae.com from your account address. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
